Compounds according to the present invention can be used to advantage in skin-whitening pharmaceutical compositions or cosmetics as they have a skin-whitening activity whereby tyrosinase is inhibited, and can be used to advantage in the prevention or treatment of skin ageing or the like as they have an anti-oxidizing activity, and can also be used as pharmaceutical compositions or health foods which are useful in preventing and treating obesity, metabolic disease or cardiovascular disease as they have PPAR activity and, more particularly, PPAR and PPAR activity. |

Using the solution of this application, synchronous transmitting of MBMS service is realized. |
